What is St Francis RFC?

St Francis RFC is a welcoming community rugby club based in Crawley, West Sussex. We offer 15-a-side rugby, 7s rugby and a friendly social environment for players of all abilities. Whether you're looking to play competitively, get fit or meet new people, there's a place for you at St Francis.

Do I need rugby experience?

Not at all. Whether you've played for years or have never picked up a rugby ball before, we'll help you settle in and enjoy your rugby.

Can I come along before joining?

Absolutely. You're welcome to attend a training session, meet the team and experience the club before deciding whether to become a Player Member.

Can I join during the season?

Yes. New players and members are welcome throughout the year.

Do I need to become a member?

You do not need to become a member before attending your first training session or getting involved with the club.Membership is recommended for anyone who wants to play regularly, support the club or access additional member benefits. We offer Player, Vice President, Supporter and Partner Memberships.

Founded in 1960, St Francis RFC has always done things a little differently. While plenty of rugby clubs can feel intimidating or exclusive, we’ve built our club around one simple belief: rugby is for everyone.
