Training & Matchdays
📅 Wednesday Training
We train every Wednesday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at Southgate Playing Fields, Crawley.
🏉 Matchdays
Matches are usually played on Saturdays throughout the season, with the occasional Friday night game under the lights.
From your first training session to your first match, you will be supported by coaches and teammates who want to help you enjoy your rugby, build confidence and get the most out of the game.
